Food Cart

You probably have heard and seen this everywhere. Its the new trend nowadays. So what better way to invest than getting in to these kind of business. Well, all you need to do is find a popular stalls (google it) and a good location. You'll be hoarding with customers and receive back your investment in no time! Here in my place, its the top business one would go if they want to start a business. I, for one, would also like to experience this and if you took a little hint i have a lil Chinese blood so no wonder i'm up for this. (hehe..) However, you'll find yourself in a complete dilemma on what sort of foods you would offer in the location you choose.  Its crucial for decision making because one false move you'll be spending your cash like your in a casino. Well, don't get frustrated yet because that is normal on starting a business. That is why its very essential to look before you leap, try to gather information first from the web or ask someone who already underwent this business. You should put location as the top priority. You wont put it in an area which is unproductive, would you? In a business world, attracting attention is the key to success. I guess i already made my point, am i right? 

Here are just a list of suggestion you may want your Food Cart: 

Mall  - definitely the no.1 place but be reminded that rent is a lil pricey so choosing the right food cart is a MUST! 

Train stations  - commuters who wants a food on the go would love it.

Bus Terminals - same as train stations

Schools - kids always love foods on a sticks! a pica pica and sorts.

Offices - not really best but the right food cart would do the trick (cant think of anything)
Airports - only good for pasalubongs carts

Chi vs Mia and Dal vs ?

It came to a point where Lakers had a disappointing lose against Dallas at 4-0. Speculations was made why they never won a single game Home or Visitors. But in my own opinion, it was a fair and decisive match against Dallas. Miami of course, made their way to semis proving their dominance with the Big 3 . Well, i hope they will make it to the finals because i'm rooting for them since Orlando never made it. However, we still have one more game left on a margin of the conference finals. Mem and Okc are at a brink of who will take the final slot. We'll see what happens.

I'm back to my original regime

Its a working progress but i am close to finishing the task. I got my exercise habit back, jog 3-4 times a week although lessen the workouts like lifting weights. I'll digress a lil bit with my plans on getting physically fit because of things that are get in my way like working on my plan to bring back the things the way before. Well, i manage to cross one of the list but i will still be up for the next task.

I was wondering how i can bring our business back running. Well, first of all i have to crank up my computers here in the shop. Its a little bit out of maintenance so that will be my first of to-do list. I'm a little bit concern on how things will turn up. Because i really love and i have a passion on running a business than being an employee in a company.

So with all of the brainstorming me and my wife did, we came up of additional foods in the menu. Well, we got a little hotdog stand out of our store and seeing from my perspective i can attract more customers if i cater good food out. Of course they may want to wait inside the cafe for the food or while they are eating of course surf the net perhaps. But those are just unapproved plans yet, i have to discuss this still with my parents. I'm dubious if they agree because it will require hefty amount of money.

I cant think of things i can add in my to do list yet. But if the two list works out i'll decide later what to do next. My hopes are up!

Dilemma over

Im very glad i came up with a resolution after grueling weeks of contemplating what is the best for me. I decided to do a part time job in the company and at the same time focus my attention to my i.cafe. Never been relieve in my life where i can keep my job and tend to my business. Somehow, i can see this will also boost financially. Not just that, but i have more time with my family. I'm looking forward to start my new life this april 4.

So here is how it goes, since i still love working at a callcenter my proposed time would be from wed to thurs still in full hours. what i have seen so far in my shop is it went down a bit competitively i lose a few customers. and i got a lot of work to do with all my computers because no one was able to do maintenance. along with reconstructing, i have a few ideas that may help my shop come back to life. a little system change and all that may do the trick. Like my friends always say, i'm inclined to do business than being an employee. Better yet live to that expectation.

Although i was dubious of how things would work out not that i'm very pessimistic about it however sometimes being apprehensive can make difference because i have a fallback or whatsoever. It creates a failsafe if ever things will not work according to plan. That failsafe is my part time job which of course i can go back to full time if that happens. Well, i'm thinking the worse case scenario but i'm still giving it a try.

Home base JOBS

I was thinking how can i find a job that does not require too much effort like dragging my way up to the office. Well, Home base jobs. I never thought that nowadays we can have a job at home which is very convenient. Everything is accessible, you still have time with your family, do whatever you like online and i still can do daily chores. Now, if only its easy to find one on the web. I'm currently looking for it. Questions is is how, what, when and where start. I'm not use to this yet but i'm not closing my doors. 

Hope i can find one soon because it will be an additional income for me. Wish me luck!

Long Journey

Stopped my track for more that a year and took my Blog in hibernation. Never even took a peek at my blogs or any social network sites that i know. However, the reason why? i was much deeper attach to my personal life than online. Perhaps, u can say, i was bound to face the reality which i think is an ideal action for a family man. But in much deeper thought why would i divert my true goal in life if I'm not happy with it. Eventually we are still bound to do what is best for ourselves and what we love.

Now, if you all know how far have gone? A lot! Gained exponentially internal well being and experience i would say is massive! Not only i gained so much from it but it brought me clarity. I tried to apply for a call center agent, well, i did get the job. Though, it was the least job i was looking for because i was hoping i could land a job that co relates with my course. In fact i specifically said i was looking for an IT job when i came in for an interview. But what the heck, they think i am up for the job then i had no other choice. I did like it for a few months however, my passion for the job was waning down as months go by. This is somehow parallel to what i love to do, but in a different way of communicating which is of course verbally. There is a fine line between the two and i think in my own opinion i'm better off on the side of writing.

Who would have thought that speaking is very much complicated than writing. Writing is simply perfect at all time because you get ample time to compose it unlike speaking words right there and then which i think is impossible for a person who is not quite accustomed to the language. Evidently disaster is imminent in some circumstance which needs answer in a whim. To be honest, i don't know how i got out of that situation where i have to give a resolution in an instant to the person on the other line. Very hard indeed

Well, i got it here so far and i learned to love my job somehow which is by the way im not capable of doing. Like they always said practice makes perfect. I'm still looking forward to gain something from the company. I think i did give my best to provide service to the company and it is about time to acquire something. We will see how things would turn out in the future.
