Heaven may have sent thousands of angels to inhabit our mother earth, more likely to keep us from the swerving path of life of a very supple human being. Most people say we own each an everyone an angel., a guardian angel. They walk among us unknowingly bump to some of us and maybe watching over us. So we think, how do they really look like? Do they have wings like in the books? or just simple a human form. Then behold, our doubts of the heavens has been relinquish from witnessing the descend of an Angel. Again gracing the covers of the FHM Magz for those who has doubts that a celestial being exist in this world. Heavens have revealed how a divine and immaculate embodiment of an Angel to a Human form, Angel Locsin. Perfectly luscious delineated curves, a perfect face most likely resembles an immaculate being, a modest living life, and an impeccable words from her that always put God  in the center of her life. What to blog? When there is nothing to blog About?

I thought Blogging was as easy as it looks but its actually harder than i thought. You have to have the research skills that most of bloggers has. Well, I am modest enough to say i have an aptitude for that skills but unfortunately not all people have a time or maybe just out of resources. I guess you'll never know if your not in my shoes. Socializing is mainly the source of some bloggers, friends here and there, party, clubs, and living the life of the luxuries. Whats traits do they have in common? Well, they have something to share! Me, on the other hand, has limited access of mostly everything. But sometimes i have doubt that i am depriving myself from those things or maybe i'm not bold enough to notice little things. Surely there is somethings i have to share about. Maybe if i add a little twist to my life, add a little spice perhaps? I reckon some things will come up. I had plans on giving up my current job and finding a new job. Maybe then i'll be on the right track, well, hopefully. Hold on a minute, do i have to quit my job for this sole purpose? Hmm.. this requires a lot of pondering.

Well, at the meantime, since nothing is new, i guess i have to take some tips from the pros. And while i'm at it, i'll start thinking for the next blog. :)

FOOD!

Recently Food has been generously doing me favor from keeping me healthy & fit. I never noticed it then, that food was  really the focal point of a successful weight loss, but mind you,  work out is  still essential. 

What is food's significance to your working out? Well, most probably you are at the moment a starter or at a weight loss Plateau (Word commonly used at gyms when your weight loss literally stops). Well, the latter part is really frustrating and believe me you don't want to experience that. Technically, its your body that is keeping you from losing weight. The significant amount of food that you shove in your mouth is practically the best way from keeping you healthy.  Its an in and out process,  calories you get from food should be equivalent from the calories you burn on work outs. Others may suggest a weight loss calculator however to save you from the math just skip that part. Just extend the time of your work out and that will be fine. Actually, its for those who rely more on the numbers that shows rather than how their body feels. It's up to you anyway. 

So you don't want your weight loss deviating from your goal, Right? Well, this probably be the best time to eat right and loss right! When you  search the web you will probably get multiple results of losing weight  websites and its a waste time to try all of them. To save your time just type in the keywords "What, when and how to eat right?", viola! you'll be starting your new routing at no time! Its not likely needed to resist tempting foods, you just have to  rationed the amount you eat. That means you can still enjoy your favorite food! (Yipee!!). Then, you will realize the importance of Nutrition facts at the back of your favorite snacks you've been eating a lot. (Never realize that until now, did you?) 

Not to be a smart ass, but i just recently recovered from weight loss plateau I was stuck at 10 kg weight loss. Now, with another 10 kgs added from my weight loss, i will be heading to a flab free healthy body!  You know that Healthy Living means a Happy life!
